Michael Family.
Sol Michael (1913-2002), son of Joseph and Flora Fell Michael of Uniontown, Pa., enlisted in the 437th Signal Battalion after Pearl Harbor. He was stationed in various locations in Europe from 1942-1945. After the war, Sol worked as a salesman with the Metzler Company in Uniontown until 1946, when he took over Mrs. Michael's Children's Shop from his mother. He worked there until the store's closing on May 15, 1980.
