Columbia River and Northern Railway Company.
The company was incorporated in 1902 and built a 42-mile railroad line from Lyle to Goldendale in Klickitat County, which it placed in operation in 1903. In 1908 the company was sold to the Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway.
