Harvill Press became a subsidiary of Harper Collins Publishing Ltd , before changing its name to HCP (HP) Ltd in 1995. It was dissolved in 1996 . Around this time there was a management buy-out of Harvill Press Ltd and this firm was later acquired by Random House Group Ltd, publishers, London.
