Risser, Gordon Keith, 1922-1998.
Served in the Coast Guard during World War II from 1942-1945. He was apart of the Office of Strategic Services Maritime Unit, Underwater Demolition (OSS/UDT) Team10. He was a "Frogman" and achieved the rank of Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class.
