Ranch woman, married James Kilroy Brown in 1879 and moved to the Santa Cruz Valley in Arizona. They homesteaded in Sahuarita and ran the Sahuarita Ranch, a stagecoach station, and post office until 1890. They moved to Tucson in 1890 and James Brown served as Pima County Sheriff.
