Walbridge, Charles E., 1842-1913.
Charles Eliphalet Walbridge was a Union officer from Buffalo, N.Y., serving in South Carolina and elsewhere during Civil War; Captain, U.S. Army, 100th New York Volunteers, Co. H.; and chief quartermaster of the district of the Stono River during operations against Charleston Harbor.
