Ferguson, J. S.
J.S. Ferguson was an employee of the American Rolling Mill Company (ARMCO), who, in July 1931 was granted a leave of absence to accept a commission from the Freyn Engineering Company as blast funace consultant at the Kuznetsk (integrated steel) plant.
