Thomas Kinnicutt (1800-1858) was born in Warren, R.I., and educated at Leicester Academy and Brown University. He practiced law in Worcester, Mass., was a Representative to the Massachusetts General Court, and was a Judge of Probate in 1848 until his death. He married Harriet Paine Burling (1805-1838) of Natchez, Miss.
