Young, Platt, b. 1875.
Platt Young, although born in Bloomsbury, New Jersey in 1875, came to Atlanta in 1917 as general manager of Byrd Printing Company. In 1919, along with C.J. Lyons, he established the Publisher's Press. He served as president of the Atlanta Printers' Club and was a member of the International Club of Printing House Craftsmen.
