Stillwater and St. Paul Railroad Company
Variant namesIncorporated in 1867 under the state laws of Minnesota, the company operated a line between Stillwater and White Bear (Minn.). It was deeded to the St. Paul and Duluth Railroad Company in 1899, then in turn to NP in 1900. Its charter expired in 1917.
