Virginia Kletzer was born in 1887 in Portsmouth, Neb. and died in Nov. 1982.
She graduated from the Portland Academy in 1905. She was a teacher, secretary, and librarian. She married William Kletzer in 1911. She was also the executive secretary of Oregon Division of American Cancer Society in 1948 and in 1943, she was Oregon's first president of the National Congress of Parents.
