McKinstry, Neal P., 1919-
Neal P. McKinstry was born in Jackson, Wyo. in 1919 and enlisted in the Army in 1942. He was selected for Officer's Candidate School and commissioned a 2nd Lieutentant. McKinstry volunteered for the 10th Mountain Division, serving at Camp Hale, Colo., Camp Swift, Tex. and in Italy.
