Dooley, Rufus, 1842-1927
A native and resident of Parke County, Ind., Dooley served during the Civil War with the 21st Indiana Volunteers, remaining with the unit when it reorganized as the 1st Indiana Heavy Artillery Regiment. He returned to Parke County, moved to Rockville, and sold hardware and farm implements.
