Harris, Richard E., 1902-
Recording secretary of UAW Local 3 Dodge Main from 1935 to 1937. From 1937 to 1940 he was with the Department of Labor and Industry, State of Michigan, and subsequently served as Arbitrator, Labor Panels, American Arbitration Association.
