Variant namesA business begun by Anthony Hordern was extended by his sons between 1844-1846 at 234 George St., Brickfield Hill. The business was further extended to a second site at the Haymarket, being managed by the family until 1926 when it was converted to a limited company. It closed in the mid 1960s.
