Winter, Elmer L.
Variant namesBusiness executive of Milwaukee, Wis. He founded Manpower, Inc., a temporary service company which supplies workers to businesses, with Aaron Scheinfeld in 1948. Winter was also the president of the American Jewish Committee in 1972.
