Jonas A. Victoria (b. Apr. 19, 1913), Philippine Air Force officer, was commissioned in the Regular Force and called to active duty in 1937. He then joined the Air Corps and graduated as a military pilot in 1938. After study in the U.S. at the Air University (1954), he completed his terms as Base Commander, Wing Commander of the 205th Composite Wing, and as Chief of Air Staff. He was promoted to Vice Commander, Philippine Air Force (PAF) in 1957, and became Commanding General, PAF, in 1962. He retired in 1964.
