Bowen, Lewis

Bowen (1910-1977) worked as a financial reporter for the "New York Herald Tribune" from 1935-1936, the "U.S. News" (later "U.S. News and World Report") from 1936-1937 and the "New York Journal of Commerce" from 1937-1938. He was national publicity director for the American Red Cross from 1940-1945 and later an executive with several fund-raising firms.
