Chapin, Charles B., 1842-1865.
Charles B. Chapin (1842-1865) of Williston, Vt., enlisted in the First Vermont Regiment Cavalry, Co. L, August 18, 1862. He was held prisoner May 5, 1864 to November 29, 1864. He died January 17, 1865 of disease and is buried at St. John's College, Annapolis, Maryland.
