Tucker was a proselytizing missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Costa Rica the day terrorists attacked the World Trade Center. Being an American, Tucker was very interested in the stories surrounding the tragedy. Tucker returned home from his mission and attended Brigham Young University, where his interest in the folklore surrounding the World Trade Center tragedy prompted him to do this project.
