Barnesville and Moorhead Railway Company.
The company was incorporated in 1880 and constructed a rail line between Barnesville and Moorhead in Clay County. The line was sold to the St. Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway--the GN's predecessor--in 1880.
