General legal counsel for Union Pacific Railroad Company in Colorado. Willard Teller born New York 1834. Came to Colorado after his brother, Henry M. Teller (later Colorado Senator) in 1864. Settled in Central City. Moved to Denver worked for the firm Teller & Orahood with Dorsey until forming Teller and Dorsey. Ardent Republican. Represented Union Pacific Railroad for over 30 years. Died October 4, 1905 in Denver. Clayton C. Dorsey born in Sandusky, Ohio in 1871. Attended Yale University and entered Colorado Bar Association in 1893. Married Maguerite Montgomery in 1897. Practiced business and corporate law. After Teller's death, formed firms Dorsey & Hodges and Hughes & Dorsey. Died September 22, 1948 in Denver.
