Arizona. District Court (5th Judicial District, Globe, Ariz.)
Gila County was created in 1881 and placed in the Second Judicial District of Arizona. In 1903, it was transferred to the Third, and in 1905, it was moved to the Fifth. Globe is the county seat and was a mining town, with Old Dominion being the largest employer.
