Ginzberg, Eli, 1911-2002
Variant namesEli Ginzberg (1911-2002) was a faculty member at Columbia University. He was the director of the Conservation of Human Resources Project at Columbia University. A project initiated by Dwight D. Eisenhower during his presidency. From 1946 to 1982, Ginzberg served as a consultant several U.S. government agencies including Department of the Army, Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, and the General Accounting Office.
