Cooney, David O.
David O. Cooney was a professor of chemical engineering at the University of Wyoming. He joined the department in 1981. He received a bachelors degree from Yale and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin in 1966. Cooney passed away in 1998.
