Kausch, Jack.

Jack Kausch was a photographer who lived and worked in Michigan. He was raised in Detroit and graduated from Cranbrook. He also earned a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. During the Korean War, Kausch joined the Air National Guard and in the late 1950s he worked for his father's construction business. In the 1960s Kausch started work in the GM photographic department developing promotional materials for the company. Finally, in 1976 he opened Jack Kausch Photography where he specialized in family portraits and completed a wide variety of additional projects.
