Elizabeth Souter (1889-1976) was an English American missionary and philanthropist in Utah.

Elizabeth Souter was born April 10, 1889 in Liverpool, England. She served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1923 to 1925 in the Northern States Mission. In 1937 Elizabeth served as president of the Young Women's Mutual Improvement Association (YWMIA) of the Utah Stake, which comprised of Provo and Orem areas. In 1948 Elizabeth was called to serve as a missionary in the British Mission. She traveled to and from the United States to England many times throughout her life. She was involved with philanthropic work in Provo, Utah, and with a variety of clubs and organizations involving women's issues. She also provided activities and programs for the youth of Utah County. She passed away on February 19, 1976 in Provo, Utah.
