James A. Rosenfield studied speech and drama as a graduate student at the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1968-1969. He wrote Stoned, a play produced in the Chapel, Old Main, on the University of Colorado, Boulder campus in 1969. James Sandoe, Univ. of Colorado professor who worked for Norlin Library, as well as the departments of Theater, English, Film Studies and Humanities, donated this play. Sandoe directed performances of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (1961-1973) as well as the Ashland (Oregon) Festival. Sandoe played a part in the play.
