Shtepa, Konstantin Feodosévich, ca. 1896-1959.
Shteppa (or Shtepa; he also wrote under a variety of pseudonyms) was a professor of Medieval History and Byzantine Studies at the University of Kiev in the 1930s, and was later appointed Rector there. He left the Soviet Union during World War II.
