Southern Baptist Association for Clinical Pastoral Education.

Southern Baptist Association for Clinical Pastoral Education was organized in 1957. In 1967 the association changed its name to the Association for Clinical Pastoral Educators to reflect its increasing ecumenical membership. Later that year the association dissolved itself to merge with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education , an organization unifying four clinical pastoral education groups.
