Rural Alliance for Military Accountability
The Rural Alliance for Military Accountability (RAMA) is part of the Rural Coalition, a national alliance of organizations dedicated to the development and implementation of public policies which will benefit rural Americans and their communities, especially those that are poor or disadvantaged. The Coalition created the Rural Military Issues Project, which became RAMA, in the 1980s to give rural Americans a greater voice in the decisions of the Pentagon that effected their lives.
