Horton, Walter Marshall, 1895-1966
Variant namesProtestant theologian, author, teacher, leader in the modern Ecumenical Movement; educated at Harvard University, Union Theological Seminary, and the Universities of Paris and Strasbourg. Taught at Oberlin College and Graduate School of Theology from 1925 to 1962. Horton died in Oberlin in 1966.
