Varcollier, H.
H. Varcollier was a Naval Officer, serving aboard the French ship Jeanne-Antoinette in the Dardanelles in 1915 and later protecting French coal convoys and tank transportation in the English Channel. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross and the Lgion d'Honneur.
