Popoff, Constantin Vasilievich, 1875-1965.
Archpriest Constantin Popoff was born in Russia and was sent to work as a missionary in the United States, 1896-1907. He returned to Russia but came back to North America in 1928, serving as a parish priest in the Midwest, California and in Canada.
