Mcdonald, William C.
Clerk; worked in Tacoma, Wash., Treasurer's Office; with his friend and amateur photographer, Charles E. Taylor, assistant clerk in the city Public Works Office, undertook a 16 day rowing and sailing trip around southern Puget Sound in the spring of 1892. Upon their return, McDonald compiled a diary/travelogue of their trip.
