Martin Johnson African Expedition Corporation.
The corporation's purpose was to conduct an expedition to Africa to photograph and film its people, animals, and natural features, to commercially distribute film, and to obtain animal trophies.

Income generated from sale of film was returned to the American Museum of Natural History to prepare the Akeley Hall of African Mammals.
