Palmer, Richard, active 1679
Variant namesRichard Palmer was a reporter for the Syracuse Herald Journal, who had done extensive research on ships and vessels lost on Lake Ontario. He also investigated and wrote on the early shipping trade which was centered in Oswego Harbor, New York.
