Fremming, Harvey C., 1892-

Fremming was President of the Oil Workers International Union from 1926 to 1939. He was a leader in founding the C.I.O. and served as a C.I.O. regional director in Kansas City. He was also President of the Long Beach Central Labor Council and Director for Unemployment Stabilization for Los Angeles County, California, in the 1930's.
