Lady Dorothy Simpson
Dorothy Jane Simpson (nee Stephen) was the daughter of Cecil Stephen, a barrister in New South Wales, Australia. In 1914 she married George Clarke Simpson, who served as meteorologist on the British Antarctic Expedition, 1910-1913 (leader Robert Falcon Scott). She was widowed in 1965 and died in 1978.
