Evelyn Clay Everett (1901-1960) was a distinguished lawyer, writer, and labor relations expert. She attended private schools in Washington, D.C., and Lausanne, Switzerland; she received degrees in law, psychology, and economics from Randolph Macon Women's College and Columbia University. Everett was a member of the American Bar Association and was associated with the legal firm of Gilbert and Brandeis of New York City.
