Hicks, Theresa M.
Theresa Hicks (b.1929), was a resident of Columbia, S.C., freelance, professional genealogist, charter member of the South Carolina Genealogical Society, and active in the Columbia Chapter; and public opponent of the proposed equal rights amendment (ERA).
