Higgins, Victor, 1884-1949
Variant namesHiggins was a twentieth century artist who began his career in Chicago before moving to Taos, New Mexico in 1915, where he became a member of the Taos Society of Artists. His first wife Sara was the daughter of artist Sheldon Parsons.
