Noonan, Arthur.
Jimmy and Joe Governor, and Jacky Underwood, three Aboriginals, were responsible for several murders of white people commited in 1900. The donor, Win McDonald was born in 1885 and lived not far from the Breelong, near Gilgandra, N.S.W., where the murder took place.
