Hand Brothers Farm.
The Hand Brothers Farm, located at Hayground, Bridgehampton, New York, was established in the early 1900's. Growers and shippers of Long Island potatoes, the farm operated variously as "George H. Hand and Sons" and "Hand Brothers." During its heyday from the late 1940s through the 1950s, the farm was considered a model farm on Long Island. The farm ceased operations in 1971.
