Methodist Episcopal Church (Perrinsville, Westland, Mich.)
The First Wesleyan Methodist Church of Nankin was founded in 1845 by members who split from the Methodist Episcopal Church over the issue of slavery. By 1870 the church referred to itself as Methodist Episcopal and its location was specified as Perrinsville.
