New York Dock Railway.
In 1890, Brooklyn waterfront piers and warehouses consolidated into the Brooklyn Wharf and Warehouse Company (BWWC). This trust was reorganized in 1901 as the New York Dock Company (NYDC). NYDC incorporated the New York Dock Railway in 1910.
