Willie McKether received his B.A. in economics from Grand Valley State University in 1984, his M.B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University in 1991 and his M.A. in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University. He received his Ph. D. in anthropology from Wayne State University in 2005. He serves as associate director of the Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace issues at Wayne State University and is an adjunct instructor in the Department of Antrhopology at Wayne State University.
