Dudley Lumber Co.
Sawmill operating in Tuskegee, Alabama, from 1912 to 1932. In 1931 Dudley Lumber sued Colonial Lumber Co. of Columbus, Georgia, Dudley Lumber's selling agent, for underselling its lumber. In 1932 the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that Dudley Lumber was entitled to an accounting from Colonial Lumber.
