Annie Hart was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts circa 1860. A star of both vaudeville and Tony Pastor's Theater, she spent most of her life in the entertainment field. She first appeared in THE BLACK CROOK at Niblo's Gardens. She toured both in the United States and the British Isles.Among the productions in which she appeared was the 1928 production of Jerome Kern's SHOW BOAT. After she retired from the theater she resided in New Jersey with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Marsh, also of the entertainment world. She died in Fair Haven, New Jersey in 1947.
