Edwin G. Arnold (b. Oct. 8, 1905, Hartford, Conn.; d. Oct. 16, 1960, St. Thomas, V.I.) served with the Farm Security Administration, U.S. Civil Service Commission, the War Relocation Authority, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Economic Cooperation Administration Mission to Sweden, and the Economic Cooperation Administration. He was director of the Far East Program Division of the Economic Cooperation Administration and Mutual Security Agency in 1951 and 1952. In 1952, he was a member, Advisory Committee on Underdeveloped Areas, Mutual Security Agency.
